IVANA  ROSALITA

Hotel Yan is a boutique hotel located in Jalan Besar area in Singapore. In order to achieve the client's requirement and design objectives, urban industrial theme is proposed as it emphasizes the connection between human and their space. It sees the use of laminated woods, polished concrete, cast iron pipes and mesh to create a distinctly modern look.

Monochromatic color scheme is chosen with a touch of red as the accent color to create more excitement. The room aimed for a warm yet strong ambiance. Moreover, candle burner is provided in the room to diffuse the hotel's signature scent. Custom-made furniture is designed specially for the client to be compact and functional yet aesthetically pleasing.

This project has won a bronze award in the SPADE AWARDS in 2015
